The staff was very knowledgable, although they cook the GF pizza in the same oven, so very sensitive celiacs may not love it. But we LOVED the pizza and thought the crust was amazing! It was buttery and just the right amount of crispy, and had a deep dish feel to it. Very yummy! It's easily located in the Grassmarket area, just down the hill from Edinburgh Castle.
